1. Are your products fully custom, or are they standard sizes?

All of our cabinetry, closets, and doors are fully made-to-order. Unlike modular systems that rely on filler panels to fit a space, our products are manufactured to the exact millimeter. This ensures a seamless, built-in look that maximizes your specific space and perfectly aligns with your home’s architecture.

2. Where are your materials sourced and manufactured?

We pride ourselves on our European heritage. The majority of our materials, hardware, and systems are sourced and manufactured in Europe (including Poland and Germany), known for superior engineering standards and high-quality finishes. We bring this world-class craftsmanship directly to the US market.

3. Do I need to hire an interior designer to work with you?

Not necessarily. While we frequently collaborate with architects and interior designers, we also have our own in-house design consultants. We can guide you through material selection, layout planning, and 3D visualization to ensure the final design meets both your aesthetic and functional needs.

4. What is the typical lead time for a project?

Because every piece is bespoke and imported, lead times generally range from 8 to 14 weeks depending on the complexity of the order and the specific materials chosen. We will provide a detailed timeline during your initial consultation so you can plan your renovation schedule accordingly.

5. Do you handle the installation?

Yes. Proper installation is critical to the longevity and function of high-end millwork. We use our own dedicated, factory-trained installation teams who are experts in our specific systems. This ensures that the final fit and finish match the quality of the product itself.

6. Can you match existing wood finishes or colors in my home?

We offer an extensive library of finishes, including RAL color matching for lacquers and a wide variety of wood veneers and laminates. While natural wood aging makes a 100% perfect match difficult, our design team is skilled at finding complementary tones or custom solutions to harmonize with your existing furniture and flooring.

7. Is there a fee for the initial consultation?

Our initial showroom consultation is complimentary. We invite you to visit our River North showroom to explore our displays and discuss your project scope. Once we move into the detailed design phase (site measurements and technical drawings), a design retainer may apply, which is typically credited toward your final purchase.
